Job Summary:
Sell the company's products according to a customer visit plan, planning to achieve the stipulated growth (quota) and develop customer potential, improving profitability (P&L). The candidate must keep up to date with pricing, inventory and promotion policies to provide information that will support negotiations.
Main Responsibilities:

Plan and organize daily customer visit activities; analyze the needs of each account, seeking to achieve quotas.

Keep up to date with pricing, inventory and promotion policies to provide information that will support negotiations;

Monitor changes and launches of new products in order to understand all the features and benefits of each product;

Monitor competitors' strategies and promotions, reporting to management.

Good execution of the 5Ps in medium-sized clients

Seek new opportunities to use the sales fund by innovating in actions that go beyond the tabloid calendar;

Fully develop the potential of clients and the territory;

Train client and store teams (campaigns, product launches, etc.);

Keep the current account of clients updated monthly.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Negotiation and strategic planning.
-
Experience with strategic clients.
-
Advanced English.
-
Office Package (Excel. Powerpoint) / Google tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Presentation Techniques.
-
Negotiation and Influence with Partners/Clients.

Preparation and follow-up of JBP/JCP.
