The new Omnichannel BDM Intern will be part of our dynamic organization where they will gain hands-on experience in the Retail Executive team, supporting the Snr BDMs to execute the main consumer experience initiatives:

Monitor & Track the 5P implementation and leverage omnichannel mindset to boost the delivery of the plans and the ROI

Be the liaison between Consumer Experience team and the CDTs (bring the external perspective internally)

Lead the Full Development of the plans by Customer

Set corrective actions by customer supporting CDTs
Growing their understanding of operations in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Multinational environment.
Requirements

Bachelor/Master's Degree Marketing or Business Administration

Preferably previous experience in the Trade Marketing area

Advanced or Fluent English

Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Collaboration Tools) and preferably knowledge of Nielsen Database

Google suites

Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross cultural teams

Explorer, with an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in the project tasks assigned

Self- starter attitude, able to manage project work and multiple tasks interdependently
