Job Title:  Full Stack Developer - eCommerce / Direct to Consumer

We are excited to invite applicants to join our Digital Commerce applications group as a Full Stack Developer supporting our Oral Health and Skin Health Direct-to-Consumer and Profession-to-Consumer businesses! We are looking for a quick learner who loves tech and can partner with both business and development teams as they envisage and scale new business models in the B2C and B2B2C space to deliver detailed and delightful user experiences within our growing DTC team using the newest technologies.


The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and can work well both independently and within an agile environment. They are a self-starter that is eager to drive eCommerce site development while considering security, performance and user interface implications in the design of our constantly evolving portfolio.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Build consumer grade web-based applications & eCommerce websites in Direct-to-Consumer and Profession-to-Consumer spaces
  • Develop UIs that users will love and appreciate
  • Configure and customize eCommerce software to meet business requirements
  • Seek opportunities to use new technologies
  • Scale existing solutions to new brands / geographies
  • Work closely with internal teams and key external partners to ensure new developments align with roadmaps and integrate seamlessly with other platform components
  • Collaborate with project partners to ensure all requirements are met
  • Support ongoing developments for existing projects/applications
  • Improve test coverage of existing code bases

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
  • Over 3+ years of experience designing and deploying end to end websites and/or applications
  • Solid experience with test driven development methodologies
  • Experience with the following:

                    Database technologies and data modeling

                    - Apollo/GraphQL & REST API development

                    - Front end web frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)

                    - Fundamentals of JS, HTML5, CSS

                    - Microservices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Configuration and/or setup experience with leading consumer-facing Digital Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.
  • Experience working on Agile/SCRUM development teams
  • Experience levering User Centric Design and applying User Experience concepts
  • Familiarity with data privacy concepts (CCPA, GDPR, PCI)
