The North America Marketing Procurement Associate Manager (Insights) will support the Consumer Insights function by developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and leveraging market insights to ensure cost-effective purchases. This role will collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to drive value, ensure supplier performance, and promote continuous improvement. Managed categories include Syndicated Insights, Market Insights & Analytics, Consumer Incentives, Coupons and Global Learning. Hybrid office is located in Piscataway New Jersey and key stakeholders are located in our Park Avenue Office in New York City.

What you will do

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with marketing objectives and financial goals. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies within the marketing spend categories.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with marketing suppliers. Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and dynamics to identify opportunities and risks. Provide insights on emerging trends to optimize procurement decisions and support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure the alignment of procurement strategies. Work cross-functionally to support business requirements and innovations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Ensure contingency planning is in place to manage supply disruptions.
  • Cost Management: Track and analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by staying informed about industry best practices and introducing innovative procurement methods.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Consumer Insights, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the marketing or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with procurement software and tools is preferred.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $91,200 - $153,600 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
