The Customer Development Services Analyst is a key element of the Customer Development team, providing support and speeding up administrative processes related to the sales force, such as credit notes and support as proof of performance paperwork to acknowledge payments to customers related to commercial activities according to the Gross To Net policy.

 

What you will do

 

  • Process the credit note requirements requested by the sales executives, attaching all the supporting paperwork according to the Gross to Net guidelines so that they can be credited to the clients.
  • Scan all supporting documents to document the performance of commercial activities agreed with customers.
  • Start ticket requests in the planned system, attaching all supporting documents.
  • Provide timely information and visibility to sales executives according to the status of said requests, posted in the system, so that executives can take the necessary actions.
  • Coordinate with the office helper the printing of credit notes.
  • Organize the stationery corresponding to the sales executives.
  • Support the checking account process by providing a status to the Country Finance Manager with the goal of taking corrective actions to prevent a negative impact on the performance of the days on the street (DOS  • Days Outstanding Sales).
  • Support for downloading trade agreements from the Walmart portal.
  • Comply with all policies and standards
  • Generate monthly reports
  • Monthly trade visits with Executives
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

 

Required Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields 
  • At least 1 year of Administrative or Accounting experience
  •  Excel management 
  •  Intermediate/Advanced English level
