The Colgate-Palmolive Global Benefits team is growing! Our energetic, highly-focused team is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to support our work in providing best-in-class benefit programs for Colgate-Palmolive employees across the world. The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical, strategic & proactive person who will help ensure our programs best support Colgate-Palmolive from a strategic & compliance perspective. This person should have proven experience with completing multi-national projects in a fast-paced, global matrix reporting environment. Sound like you? Read on! 


What you’ll do

  • Manage day-to-day maintenance of our global benefit and wellness programs
  • Partner with Total Rewards team and our external Benefits partners  (including Employee Assistance, Global Stock Savings, Insurance Brokerage, multinational pooling, and global benefit administration system) to:
  • Effectively collaborate with vendors all aspects of program administration, management, issue resolution, and program optimization
  • Evaluate Colgate-Palmolive’s internal processes to optimize efficiency and build standardization across organization
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of work processes and decisions 
  • Support Total Rewards partners globally with the design, compliance and alignment to Colgate-Palmolive’s benefit philosophy and vision
  • Support ongoing benchmarking efforts to ensure that benefit offerings align with market practice and optimize cost and employee value proposition 
  • Participate in broader Human Capital initiatives and other benefit projects depending on the workload demands of the team and the skills/interest of the candidate

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally in a multinational environment with a focus in corporate benefits or benefits consulting
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, proactive working style with the ability to work independently and complete deliverables in a timely manner 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on approach and willingness to be involved with both strategic development and tactical implementation
  • Ability to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams to drive solutions
  • An understanding of both local and global Benefits contexts and ability to make recommendations/identify best practices based on each respective market 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google collaboration tools

Salary Range: $86,400 - $126,840 USD

 

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
