As a Credit to Cash Deductions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing commercial and logistical deductions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving payment and credit issues to ensure efficient financial operations. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and customers to optimize deduction processes, minimize risks, and improve cash flow.

What will you do?

  • Monitor, review, and resolve commercial and logistics-related deduction claims, such as promotions, pricing discrepancies, shortages, and vendor compliance issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, credit, and collections, as well as with customers, to resolve discrepancies and improve credit and payment flows.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports on deduction status, key performance metrics, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Lead follow-up meetings to coordinate actions, resolve disputes, and handle pending items with customers effectively.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate deduction and reverse logistics processes.

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Support the month-end close process for deductions by preparing performance reports and following up on outstanding claims.

  • Assess customer payment trends, review credit limits, and support collection efforts as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in deduction management, finance, logistics, or commercial analysis.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Strong decision-making skills and the capability to propose and implement process improvements in deduction handling.

  • Experience in logistics, accounts receivable, or credit management is a plus.

What do you need to apply?

  • Accounting, Finance, Economic & Administrative or similar/related Degree

  • 1 to 3 years of Experience in Finance Areas

  • At least 1 year of experience with C2C processes (Accounts Receivable preferred)

  • Experience with Deductions for the commercial/logistics function of a company

  • Microsoft Office package & ERP (desired)

  • Strong oral and written communication in English (Bilingual/Advanced)
