Being a strategic support entity between Human Resources and Manufacture, coordinating, executing and implementing strategies to achieve the business vision, objectives and goals.


What you Do

  • Recruitment,  Selection and Onboarding  process for Supply Chain and Logistic Areas

  • Develop a training Strategy  the annual training plan based on technical and Corporate Programs (Safety, Occupational Health, Quality, Plant Efficiency).

  • Design and implement the change management process for projects to be implemented in manufacturing that supports the plant strategy for Colgate’s future.

  • Develop a people strategy based on the different HR KPIs for Supply Chain and Logistic Areas:   Headcount, Overtime, On the Job training Turnover, Absenteeism and Training Delivery Plan.

  • Coordinate the process of temporary staff in Supply Chain and Logistic Areas to support flexibility and agility strategy.

  • Manage the different benefits related with Supply & Logistic Areas: bidding process, select suppliers, budget management

  • Counseling Employees

  • Support the Labor Strategy for Supply Chain and Logistic Areas. 

  • Implement a strategic communication plan that supports different strategies from the Human Resources and Manufacturing area.

  • Develop and train people in Code of Conduct and Coexistence Principles in order to maintain a good labor environment.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and logistics companies, customer service, recruitment and selection, strategy training, labor relations, conflict management, teamwork and change management.

  • Proficiency in English

  • Google collaborative tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, AODocs, etc).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a field related to analyzing and reporting data (Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, etc.) (desirable)

  • Experience in workplace data analysis or workforce planning experience (desirable)

  • SAP management (desirable)
