Our Research and Development team is at the forefront of the science based innovations that drive the discovery of new ways to delight our consumers. At seven Technology Centres around the world, our talented and dedicated scientists, clinicians, and engineers are responsible for technical generation and validation, prototyping, formulation, delivery systems, and technology transfer to our Commercial and Supply Chain teams. Common roles include laboratory technician, product development, regulatory affairs, research scientist, research statistician, scientist, and technical associate.
