  • Supports implementation of CEE commercial plans for the assigned products in cooperation with the countries.
  • Assists in the integration of the other functions needs and in confirming with them the details of the commercial activity plans.
  • Participates for specific category in the Commercial Business Planning (CBP) across CEE markets as per defined process.


Marketing Strategy

  • Assists in the implementation of the overall category & brand strategies agreed with  Division, including 5P guidelines to achieve/exceed market share & financial objectives.
  •  Supports cooperation with the Insights & Research team regarding preparation of the actionable recommendations to address ongoing business CEE challenges.
  • Helps in development and coordination of the regional new product launch plans.
  • Supports ongoing communication with local markets, especially regarding ongoing business plans
  • Helps in preparation of the SKU management recommendations.


Media Management

  • Supports the media management process, as required with the guidance of the direct supervisor


Key Performance indicators and  financial  Accountabilities Is responsible for providing support to drive the following at the CEE level:

  • Subcategory P&L
  • Subcategory Market Share
  • SKU simplification


New Product Development

  • Assists in development of the master materials (key visuals, media support, trade presentations, master POP)  to support new product launches.
  • Supports preparation of roll- out new product launches plans.


Support for the Local Commercial Activation

  • Works with CEE countries to identify the best practices.
  • Participates as needed in monthly meeting/call with regional and local retail marketing category teams to update on key CEE activities: business results, NPD, event/material updates, A&P budget updates, country specific projects and business challenges


Marketing Budget Review & Mid-Year Review

  • Helps in developing category & product strategies & plans to be presented to Division.
  • Under supervision of the direct manager coordinates preparation of  the  marketing charts for Budget Review with Retail Marketing  (SOM/SOV, Pricing, Distribution, , Promo Flowcharts). Under supervision of direct manager, coordinates with business analyst to use centralized & automated reporting tools where possible to prepare charts by country (e.g. SOM, pricing, etc).


Education/Work Experience:

  • University Degree
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in Brand /Trade Marketing



  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Very good English (written and spoken)
  • Goal oriented and highly motivated person
  • Team player, ability to manage work under stress
  • PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
