The Professional Senior Brand Manager is part of the Professional Oral Care Marketing team working at European level to develop marketing & communication strategies towards dental profession. The position reports to the European Professional Marketing & Sales Leader.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop the professional marketing and communication strategy for the assigned therapeutically relevant brands
  • Lead the creation or adaptation to Europe (in case of global projects) of professional marketing campaigns for both professional products and consumer brands including patients and pharmacy channel
  • Cascade and supports the roll-out of divisional and global professional marketing campaigns in key markets
  • Be a key partner for:

- Professional Oral Care teams in key European markets (EU Hubs)

- EU Division  Brand teams across all brands 

- Global Prof Marketing

  • Engage, brief and monitor agencies within company network
  • Work closely with Consumer Insights to ensure identification and validation of relevant insights and assets 
  • Partecipate actively in cross-functional Global & Divisional Professional Go-To-Market teams
  • Coordinate internal approval of all communication bundles with Global and Divisional functions
  • Support actively the management of the professional marketing budget
  • Collect systematically competitor activities 

 

Education & Experience:

 

  • BS/MS Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing / Professional Marketing in a brand management role with a key role in defining the brand strategy and plans
  • Background in multinational Companies preferably in the healthcare or pharma industry, FMCG as alternative
  • Experience in managing creative and service agencies and in having developed successful communication campaigns – digital a plus
  • Experience in managing complex projects and in working in matrix organizations

     

     

    Skills:

     

  • Fluency in English mandatory, native speaker a plus
  • Very good written and verbal communications skills, able to present effectively to committees, partners, etc.
  • Motivated, high energy, able to be recognized as a relevant counterpart by the markets
  • Creative and pro-active, able to work independently
  • Flexible, "can do" attitude, able to work with a broad spectrum of personalities and to manage ambiguity
