Job title : Credit to Cash Officer

Reports to : Credit to Cash Manager

Department : Finance


Job Purpose:



The Credit to Cash Officer focuses specifically on customer credit analysis, reviewing new and existing customer credit limits, payment term reviews, and assessing the overall customer risk. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing customer credit analysis utilizing customer financial documentation, payment history, and external (third-party) data; establishing the final customer credit limits and risk classes; analyzing and reviewing existing customer payment term change requests; working with Customer Development Teams/Customer Service & Logistics to resolve order-related issues; generating past due notices to customers; and approving customer order releasing.




Internal:  Customer Development Team, Customer Service and Logistics   

External: Customers, Third Party Services & Logistics Provider, Third Party Warehouse Provider



Supervise the Credit Processor and Collector (outsourced staff)


Education and Functional Experience Required:


Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related course

Minimum: 12 units in Accounting



At least 2 years’ experience in Credit preferred

High proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Easily adapts to new system (Experience using SAP an advantage)

Can work offsite, under pressure and/or for extended hours especially during month-end
