Technology Transfer Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new product/process implementations liaising with all related functions ( I/S, PD, NetOps, Manufacturing, Quality, RA...)
  • Ensure eTechTransfer DB is completed and approved prior to launch.
  • Prepare and ensure approval of EMO request.
  • Maintain formulas in PDM (Product Data Management) along with other manufacturing documentation systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Prepare and maintain “Batch Manf Reports” and SPIs (Standard Process Instructions)
  • Prepare and manage computer batched recipes (InBatch)
  • Coordinate batch validation process
  • Deliver quality training where necessary and assist in procedure implementation
  • Support all applicable technical regulatory requirements (FDA, GIF, MDC) with focus on EMO, formula, process and process validation documentation
  • Approve the packaging materials regarding list of ingredients
  • Support continuous improvement activities
  • Work with manufacturing in order to investigate non-conformance (troubleshooting) 
  • Support Plant implementation of Colgate Quality standards

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree (preferred: chemical, chemical engineering or related discipline)
  • 2 years experience in chemical or food industries.
  • Knowledge of chemical/production processes
  • Fluent in Polish is a must
  • Good, practical knowledge of English which enables to communicate independently in an international working environment
  • Familiarity with statistical software analyses (Minitab) 
  • Project Management skills
  • Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good communications skills while working with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to execute tasks in a dynamic and changing environment.
