  • Business partnering and financial support to Hub and Subsidiary Commercial Teams
  • Financial Planning, Reporting and Control
  • Month end financial closing
  • People management for 1 direct report
  • Project management



  • Partner with and provide added value financial analysis and support to Hub and Subsidiary Commercial Teams, including:
    • Joint business plan preparation
    • Evaluation of new products
    • Scenario P&L modelling
    • Analysis of Actual Financial Results against forecasts and root cause analyses
  • Contribute to the preparation of the budget and regular and ad-hoc forecasts
  • Contribute to the quarterly and monthly financial closing
  • Control, through Reporting and Analysis, particular areas of spend (e.g. Advertising), and partner with the relevant teams to ensure budgets are adhered to and returns on expenditure maximized
  • Control, through Reporting and Analysis, particular areas of the Balance Sheet (e.g. Inventory), and partner with the relevant teams to ensure that Working Capital and Cash Generation targets are met
  • Identify and drive process efficiencies and simplification initiatives
  • Coordinate, supervise and develop other individuals
  • Contribute to finance or multi-functional projects

  • SAP and Business Warehouse skills preferred
  • Professional Finance Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Relevant industry experience

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in team
