MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 职责范围:

  1. Works with customers to set JBP based on the company and channel strategies.

根据公司的生意战略规划及渠道管理,与客户制定清晰生意发展计划。

  1. Monitors the monthly performance vs the goals for Sales, DSO, 5P achievement and Training.  Monthly reports these results to the regional customer account leader.

完成月度销售目标、在公司规定的限期内,确保应收账款回款、督促5P的完成情况等,及提供相关培训给团队成员。每周向区域客户计划负责人汇报客户情况。

  1. Personally participants and presents in Quarterly Business Review with all accounts. Will also work with the local sales people to provide updates and training to ensure the customers plans and strategies are clearly understood by the local Sales people.

定期与客户及区域销售进行生意回顾,有效分析和解决问题,确保区域销售正确理解生意计划和策略。

  1. Ensures all accounts outlets are effectively covered and managed by either Colgate Sales people or Contract Sales people.  Also ensures that there is a clear communication to the Field Sales people of the accounts promotion plans, T&C and spending plans.

确保客户的分销覆盖有效性,并有效地将相关的促销计划、贸易条款及市场计划等,与区域销售沟通。

  1. Ensure expense spending is within budget and policy guidelines.

根据公司的费用预算和要求,严格管控预算内的费用及监督实际使用情况。

  1. Creates the Best Place to Work – Provides training to the Sales people and Sales people working on their accounts’ business to ensure they have knowledge of how the account operates and what the key strategies for the account are for the current year.

营造良好的工作氛围,指导和发展团队成员,确保区域销售能充分理解客户的生意计划及运作。

  1. Provides monthly data from the field on Initiatives, pricing, distribution, shelving, merchandising and competitive activity.

提供月度相关数据分析,如区域活动、产品定价、分销、库存情况及商业活动等。

REQUIREMENT要求:

Confidence, strong business ownership, good customer engagement, good communication and negotiation skills;

Can work independently.

自信,有较强的业务把控及良好的客户管理能力,良好的沟通与谈判技能;能独立完成任务。
