Position: Quality Compliance Executive

Reports to: Quality & Technical Services Manager

Location: Malaysia 

Responsible for: Developing, implementing and monitoring the manufacturing site’s quality systems and regulatory compliance

 

The scope of Responsibility:

The Compliance Executive is responsible for conformance to the Quality Standards and establishes a culture to enable the site to deliver consistent, safe and effective products.

The key role is also to maintain a comprehensive site documentation system, monitoring the site’s Quality Plan and include delivery of training to meet the QS requirement.  He/she is also responsible for managing the site’s Quality Audit Program to ensure conformance with standards and Quality-related regulatory requirements including validation.    He/she will assist in developing and mentoring the site’s Quality competency and capability. The individual will leverage audit results and other data based KPI's to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities and reduce variation and waste.

 

      Core Responsibilities:                                                                           

  • Interpret and communicate to CP personnel on local Quality-related regulatory requirements. Interface with Company Regulatory and Legal Departments to address local regulatory issues and to communicate with local regulatory agencies if needed.
  • Support the development, implementation of site specific Quality Plan to ensure compliance with CP Global Quality Standards
  • Responsible for site documentation system (include but not limits to all SOPs, MOC, NOD, Batch Records, Non-conformance, CAPA, Validation) to ensure controlled, maintained and updated on regular basis
  • Manage consumer complaint CRS system and NC SAP. Follow up on the investigation, analyze and trend the data for continuous improvement
  • Assist in delivering training programs and evaluating training effectiveness.  Monitor the training matrix and track training man-hours.
  • Lead/participate in Quality Standard and On-shelf Quality Audits, warehouse audit and other quality related audit.  Provide assistance in closing audit observations. Using audit software/excel, track audit observation closures.  Periodically provide progress report to the Management. 
  • Measure site’s KPIs and periodically report progress
  • Conduct MRA and report result
  • Responsible for SAP MOC system, training new user and review closure status
  • Assist in authorizing product release in SAP.
     
  • Additional Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate statistical data; participate on cross-functional teams, and special projects.

 

Education:

BS in Science field; Certified Quality Manager/Engineer/Auditor a plus.

 

Experience:

  • Experience in a manufacturing plant prefer operating in Food or drug / GMP environment
  • Good knowledge in documentation system
  • Familiar and able to execute GMP compliant failure Investigation, Corrective and Preventive Action, Notice of Deviation
  • Knowledge in Change Control system and Validation
