HR Business Partner, Supply Chain

 

Partner with E2E Business Leaders on strategic and local business and human resource (HR) priorities including talent management, employee engagement and organization effectiveness (performance, organization design & capabilities, and change management). 

Main responsibilities include:

  • Strategic partnership
  • Talent Management
  • People Relations (Employee & Labor Relations)
  • Workforce Planning (including HC management and FTG)
  • Organization Effectiveness, which includes: Organization Performance, Design & Capabilities and Change Management
     

Talent Acquisition

  1. Associates Recruitment
  2. Diversity Partnership
  3. Social onboarding

 

Compensation

  1. Identify compensation actions for key talent
  2. Highlight areas of opportunity for Total Rewards
  3. Partner with COHRE & CBS  to ensure proper matches are identified for Salary Surveys
  4. Play an active role in Governance Via Workforce planning, support the Headcount and Budgeting process

 

Learning

  1. Partner with CoHRE to identify performance gaps, needs and future capabilities
  2. Support the execution of the Learning Demand Plan
  3. Play an active role in the Governance
  4. Provide feedback and perspective on Learning effectiveness

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline; Master's degree is preferred
  • HR experience  in manufacturing and/or consumer products industry preferred
  • Experience in providing HR strategic advice to HR partners and senior business leaders
  • Experience in development and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Experience in coaching and guiding members of the business colleagues
