 Complement  the Customer Development work by ensuring that the orders are delivered within their respective lead times, promoting collaborative partnerships with the customer, through a personalized service in search of continuous improvements that reduce costs in the supply chain, always seeking to anticipate eventual problems.


Main responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain constant programmed visits to the customers;
  • Implement continuous improvements through collaborative projects aimed at optimizing costs in the Supply Chain,
  • Implement and maintain a database always updated with a complete system of information necessary for the department's performance;
  • Elaborate and coordinate projects that assist the Customer Development  team to achieve their objectives;
  • Establish plans to reduce returns;
  • Develop palletization plans with customers;
  • Coordinate and supervise the projects of the various branches;
  • Visit transport companies;
  • Participate in conventions, fairs, seminars and meetings;
  • Prepare budgets for the fixed expenses of the subsidiaries.
  • Responsible for helping and ensuring compliance with compliance policies.


What you need for this position:


  • Bachelor Degree;
  • 4+ years of experience in ​​Customer Service (Retail) in Logistics;
  • Advanced / Fluent English;
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge in SAP / BI systems;
  • Be available for travel.
