Position Purpose:

Responsible for supporting and developing the commercial relationship between Colgate and its strategic partners in Channel and exceeding the objectives in Key Performance Indicators; Net sales, Volume Growth, distribution, market share, Margin, CaseFill, Speed to Market in Customer Development Team.

 

Let’s talk about responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Establish and build strong business relationships with Customers providing objectives and reliable business analysis, ensuring continuous and sustainable Growth.
  • Analyze data from Sell Out, distribution, sales volumes, inventories, Share of Maket,  Margin, for the mandatory assortment, to capitalize opportunities to assure Double Digit Growth.
  • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals.
  • Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for one or more sales territories.

 

What you need for this position:

  • Bachelor´s Degree
  • 5 years of experience in the commercial area in managing a team
  • 2 years in Customer Development (execution at point of sale, sales and negotiation techniques) in positions such as: Customer Development Executive, Key Account Manager, Customer Development Manager, Retail Marketing.
  • Experience in Canal Indirect Trade
  • Information and data analysis (Nielsen and Kantar)
  • Presentation Skills
  • Advanced English
  • Availability to live in Santa Cruz and / or La Paz

 

It is an advantage to have:

  • Experience as Customer Development Team Leader
  • Experience in Supermarkets Channel
