Objective:

Responsible for providing financial direction to the WM sales team, relying on financial analysis to improve the financial performance, considering cost management effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly monitor the performance of ASP, GTN and Margin of WM. Communicate about any deviation versus the objectives previously established and collaborates with regional team for solutions.
  • Evaluate the promotional plans (before and after implementing them), their impact on GTN and margin at the CPG and brand level and verify that they are aligned with the brand's strategy, recommend changes or adjustments when necessary.
  • Provide what if analysis in support of the proposed commercial initiatives.
  • Analyze and recommend methods to improve the effectiveness of the GTN and ensure the integrity of the data and the appropriate allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies.
  • Revise with local and regional teams, A/R issues and elaborate plans to address them.
  • Monitor Accruals management and make recommendations to insure good management and governance compliance.

 

What do you need for this position?

 

  • Scholarship:  Bachelor´s degree in business or engineering or public accounting and auditing.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance.
  • Experience: in finance with orientation towards the commercial area.
  • English: Advanced

  • SAP Knowledge
