Colgate-Palmolive Company invites applications for the above role based in our Rogers, AR office.

 

This new role will manage all elements for Colgate’s eCommerce business with Walmart, including walmart.com & Jet.com. This role will elevate Colgate’s online business by translating brand strategies into sales & marketing plans to drive category, share & sales. You will also work closely with the COE in New York, and be flexible to travel to Walmart’s San Bruno CA office & Jet’s NJ office for customer meetings.

 

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Own the eCommerce P&L & deliver on all KPIs including Net Sales, GTN, Profit, Market Share, Consumption, ROI & executional excellence.

• Partner with Walmart.com & Jet.com to grow sales, profitability, share & improve forecasting by using Colgate’s internal tools

• Work with Walmart.com & Jet.com's supply chain teams to ensure our products are always in stock

• Be the leader in online engagement with our shoppers, optimizing search, content & shopper marketing activites

• Utilize tools such as Clavis to identify & implement opportunities

• Be the expert in Prodigi to ensure all content is up to date and best in class

• Manage all elements of Colgate’s JBP for your brands, including touch bases with your buyer/s

• Manage portfolio, product set-up, new item planning, promotion planning, forecasting volumes, inventory management, and creative content and implement promotion & marketing activities for each customer.

• Conduct re-evaluation of 5P activities using what-if analysis, and draw upon other team resources (e.g. input from Finance Manager/Supply Chain Manager).

• Work cross functionally with other team members to ensure alignment of strategy across categories and brands

• Identify causes of 5P activities performance, both internal and external, and participate in the monthly discipline process

• Own all elements of the CBP plan, manage 5Ps, forecasting and planning from beginning to end internally & externally

•Be the Champion of eCommerce within Colgate’s Walmart Team

 

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree required

• 3-5 years experience in Customer Management roles with experience managing customers and/or shopper marketing/marketing experience preferred.

• eCommerce customer management preffered

• Experience using Prodigi and/or Clavis will be positively received

• Experience working in consumer product goods or similar industry required

• Ability to travel approximately 30-50% of your time
