As the Global eCommerce Customer Development Manager - Amazon you will be responsible for driving global Amazon sales and market share growth through superior customer engagement with Amazon and enabling our teams around the world.  Your role will include building Amazon expertise & capabilities of our global teams, sharing best practices and partnering on projects to unlock growth to accelerate sales and improve supply chain efficiencies.  You will work closely with country teams to ensure alignment and execution against Colgate & Amazon’s strategies and lead the development and implementation of global initiatives as part of a cross-functional team including Supply Chain, Marketing, Packaging, Analytics and Legal.

  • You have transferable experience - Although experience with Amazon is preferred it is not required.  Experience with omnichannel customers, digital marketing and/or supply chain would be an asset.


What you need for this position:


  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 7+ years of experience in customer management, retail marketing, brand management or supply chain
  • Availability to travel 20-30% of the time within the US (eg. Seattle) and global locations where Amazon teams are located.


It is an advantage to have:


  • MBA
  • 2+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • Previous experience in eCommerce 
  • Previous experience with the client of Amazon
