This position will play a critical leadership role in the expansion of platform to support business needs.   This position will also lead the identification, evaluation, development & implementation of new technologies to support global HR document management solution. This position can be located in the Park Avenue, New York or Piscataway, New Jersey office. 


  • Work with HR Leaders and GIT to identify and define ongoing needs and priorities to be enabled by the platform
  • Lead RFP process to identify, evaluate and select new technology vendors to support document management requirements
  • Lead HR Solutions project management activities to support successful implementation, communication and training of new and expanded functionalities in these areas.  This includes:
    • Define scope and key deliverables
    • Facilitate sessions to identify and document business requirements
    • Develop and monitor project plan, including tasks, timelines, deliverables & key milestones for HR Business, HR Solutions & GIT
    • Facilitate and document key project meetings and activities, including agendas, meeting minutes, forward actions, key decisions, issue tracking/resolution, vendor gaps and enhancement requests
    • Define testing scenarios and coordinate testing results and issue resolution with project teams and GIT
    • Conduct regular status updates for key stakeholder groups
  • Identify process and technology integration points and drive understanding and alignment of impacts
  • Drive consistent use of Colgate’s Change management approach & tools
  • Develop communication & training plans to support successful launch & drive adoption
  • Develop plans to monitor, measure and communicate adoption


  • Conduct Continuous Improvement Reviews (CIR’s), document lessons learned and recommend improvements

Education / Experience Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR and corporate business environment
  • Experience in highly preferred
  • Experience in document management solutions preferred
  • Experience in other HR technologies (SAP, SuccessFactors) preferred
  • Project Management experience required
  • Change Management experience preferred
