Job Summary

The role is responsible for developing engaging visual designs (static as well as motion) to use course content across various learning methods: eLearning, videos, podcasts, infographics, games, wikis, classroom materials, marketing assets (such as banners, newsletters, etc.). The role is also responsible for creating visual and branding playbook (templates, layouts, icons, etc.) to be used in all global learning assets. Additionally, this role is a key liaison with the Learning teams in our shared service organization supports existing course maintenance and modifications as needed, as well as, identifying and recommending potential development tools.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and design creative video/interactive content for print, exhibition, website, advertisements, and social media.
  • Production of motion graphics including text animations, special effects, 2D and 3D images for use in all national marketing materials including, TV, web and digital displays.
  • Conceptualize GIF Animation
  • Work with the team to create a project vision and conceive designs.
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphics
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce a final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback

Education/ Experience Requirements

  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Suite which include Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, after effect, premier pro, AVC – Any video Convertor and online tools (Vyond, InVision)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of e-learning format options
  • Knowledge of MS Office 2010 or above
  • Knowledge of Google Suite
  • Experience of working with a Learning organization is a plus.
