Job Title: CBS HR Content Management Analyst

 

Department :  CBS HR      Division : CBS   Location : Mumbai

 

Job Summary                                               

This position is responsible for identifying and coordinating training needs across the CBS roles and locations.  Position will also lead the ongoing efforts to analyze volume of CBS inquiries and transactions to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.  Position also manages publishing of all HR content globally in the knowledge management system.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather data from case management system to  analyze details, identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis to determine continuous improvement projects for CBS HR
  • Monitor and track trends in employee inquiries and frequently experienced issues        
  • Work with CBS HR leadership to identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities in areas of automation, process changes or enhancements to knowledge articles  
  • Continuously evaluate processes and policies to drive self-service capabilities   
  • Develop, maintain, and revise work plans to drive continuous improvement projects
  • Coordinate  with process leads to implement , measure and monitor process improvement activities

 

Training

  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify CBS training needs  based on new activities, policy changes or continuous improvement opportunities
  • Recommend training programs and other educational activities to meet the needs of CBS HR team members
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions as needed

 

Content Management

  • Perform routine monitoring of trends related to knowledge articles and recommend improvements to knowledge to better align with customer needs
  • Maintain and manage HR system content that is accurate, consistent and relevant for employee portal and case management system
  • Manage review cycles for all knowledge articles to ensure content is kept timely and relevant 
  • Collaborate with relevant HR stakeholders by collecting information to define and author new content
  • Manage translation process, including liaising with external vendor on translation needs and formats as needed

 

Education/ Experience Requirements

Minimum Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other related field , Masters in Human Resources Preferred.
  •  5 – 7 years combined experience in HR, Business, and/or Contact Centers; Experience in Manufacturing and/or Consumer Goods industry preferred
  • Proven experience in HR business process improvement and redesign, and operational management
  • Experience in a client-centric environment with a focus on high quality service delivery
  • Experience with process management/improvement methodologies and tools
  • Experience with development and delivery of training materials
