Job Summary                                               

 

Provide leadership, functional expertise and people management for the Compensation Shared Services Center for the APAC. Responsible for the execution of complex compensation processes, policies and procedures. Provide expertise to address escalated complex inquiries. Own and deliver continuous improvement of compensation administration, vendor management, operational reporting, and service management. Manage HR technology, reporting and first level analytics.

 

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Manage the timely execution of Salary, Bonus and Equity annual processes in accordance to established processes and procedures, with attention to client and SLA expectations
  • Train and support shared services compensation team
  • Serve as point of contact with Communities of HR Expertise (COHRE) and HR vendors
  • Manage the implementation of new or enhancements to previous Compensation programs processes, procedures, and policies with guidance from the COHRE
  • Implement Compensation processes, procedures, and policies with guidance from the COHRE
  • Generate operational reports and analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Oversee preparation of required regulatory reporting and compensation program reporting
  • Manage, govern and implement HR technology including SAP and SuccessFactors
  • Recommend improvements in HR systems and tools based on operations experience
  • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations   
  • Regularly inform Director of Compensation of compensation operations performance, initiative progress, and risks
  • Manage the resolution of compensation escalated inquiries
  • Triage and escalate selected inquiries involving policy exceptions to the Compensation COHRE and assist with resolution as necessary
  • Own the compensation survey submission process
