Title : Analytics - Associate Analyst II / Analyst

Main Purpose of Job :


The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating and validating the results from social monitoring tools like (Astute, Crimson Hexagon or Radian6) configured for designated key terms and countries; and provides assessment of risk based on the context.  Escalate website and social media postings that potentially put Colgate Palmolive and Hill’s brands at risk per agreed global guidelines for prioritization and escalation of identified risk areas.  Develop and deliver standard reporting capabilities and deep dive analysis of risk monitoring results.  Candidates will work with other risk management analysts to ensure global coverage on key areas identified by Colgate leadership.


Roles & Responsibility: 


  • Monitor, analyze and validate results from on-line social monitoring tool, Astute software based on designated and pre-defined terms
  • Validate, document and communicate risk items for escalation based on internal guidelines and criteria
  • Develop and deliver standard reports – daily, weekly and monthly
  • Conduct first level deep dive analysis per requests from Consumer Affairs and Executive Risk Management Committee
  • Manage follow-up to escalations and reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvement recommendations in collaboration with Global Consumer Affairs group.
  • Ready to work collaboratively with business partners across geographies especially Global and Division Consumer Affairs contact on escalations and reporting analyses
  • Participate in shift and time zone change over debriefs within the Center and between the CBS Mumbai and Mexico
