Position Purpose:

 

Execute the strategy of the different channels to guide the efforts of the sales team towards the achievement of the company's objectives.

 

Let’s talk about responsibilities:

 

  • Execute and monitor the 5 Marketing P's (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion and POP) for all the categories and sales products of the different purchasing environments, for the assigned channel.
  • Coordinate the implementation of market campaigns, new products and shopper campaigns.
  • Management and coordination of the implementation / promotions team (control of product availability, route development, follow-up of execution of activities, etc.)
  • Coordinate and monitor the correct implementation of negotiated exhibitions
  • Ensure the execution of specific planogram activities with clients
  • Develop and support the negotiation of promotions and exclusive activities to promote growth in the client
  • Carry out the performance analysis and implications of the 5ps in the client to recommend action plans to the commercial team
  • Carry out the strategic planning and distribution of the Gross To Net investment by client
  • Estimate incremental quantities (DP) to ensure offshelf implementations in the different activities and commercial dynamics
  • Supervise the ideal assortment to find opportunities for discontinuation or entry of SKUs in each Retail Environment.
  • Implement strategic marketing guidelines for different clients.
  • Perform analysis and monitoring of the competition at the point of sale, to make recommendations that help the business grow.
  • Ensure the post-evaluation of the key promotions, together with the financial, carrying out a quantitative and qualitative analysis, communicating the results to the commercial team and using the results of the evaluation to redefine the promotional tactics.
  • Lead and communicate the POP process including:
  1. Request local authorization and execution of POP materials (meshes, strips, etc.)
  2. Coordinate the implementation of POP in the countries
  3. Track the POP approval process
  4. Report to Instore, Brand Manager and Category Manager
  • Create the incremental file
  • Develop and communicate the Sales Management process, including:
  1. Prepare JBP, Commercial and promotional plans
  2. Prepare presentations to close gaps in sales
  3. Support with 5ps information for Top to Top (T2T) meetings
  4. Presentation of layouts, gondola tips and POP to merchants (produced by Instore)
  • Ensure assortment compliance to find opportunities for discontinuities or income of SKUs in each ER.
  • IT Graphic Minute. Share monthly with Region.
  • Develop activities and strategies for internal and external customers of our business partners.

 

What you need for this position:

 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of commercial experience
  • Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Marketing, Demand Planning and strategy
  • Experience in Brand development or Brand launch plans
  • SAP knowledge
  • English minimum level: Intermediate-Advanced
  • Availability to travel 25% of the time within country

 

It is an advantage to have:

 

  • Previous work experience in field sales
  • Experience with management of external suppliers
  • Knowledge of the programs BW, Advisor, RIS, ITT, BI, Retail Link
  • Car
  • Financial knowledge
