Job Profile

 

Scope of Responsibility:

 

The Brand Manager is responsible for strategic planning, execute and control all marketing activities within the category strategy so as to achieve the budgeted sales, margin, profits, market share within the approved marketing spending.

 

  • Plan and Implement New Product Launch / Campaigns and evaluate the performance
  • Translate category and brand objective into media and promotion strategy
  • Identify consumer trend and proactive gain market share,  provide marketing insights
  • Analyze market data, track promotion, media implementation effectiveness, ROI analysis
  • Seamlessly work with agency and engage with multi-functional teams on business plans and solutions
  • Manage production cost, prepare budget reviews
  • Recommend SPI and margin improvement programs to ensure savings to happen

 

Job Requirement

 

  • Minimum 4-6 years solid experience in brand marketing or trade marketing in FMCG  
  • Required Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business
  • Strong in strategic thinking, good business sense and consumer insight  
  • Strong analytical mind and financial awareness.
  • Creative, mature and  problem solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
