Position Purpose:


Define the strategies and plans based on the 5Ps and the Big Boxes and Small Supermarkets strategies so that our brands grow in the designated purchasing environments (RE: Retail Environment), satisfying the needs of the buyer.


Let’s talk about responsibilities:


- Prepare, lead and communicate the RE strategy incorporating the recommendation of the expert areas. Additionally identify issues / opportunities, analysis and propose action plans to achieve the RE objectives. including:
- Shopper insights: Support analyzing the information of Kantar and studies to the shopper to have insights of their behavior and preferences and based on this adjust the proposed plans.
- Assortment: Evaluate performance of the permanent assortment for Hypers, Supers and Clubs by country. Additionally, ensure that the Innovation Grid of each category is met and that it is executed in time.
- Promotions: Support the RE Manager in the planning and alignment of the publication plan of promotions (differentiated) to grow in each RE and the activities of the competition
- Off Shelf: Define touch points and number of exhibitions by category in the designated RE and Coverage targets
- Price: Communicate the price strategy and make the price ladder for the innovation grid. Additionally, make price analysis between the Res so that they are in strategy and vs the competition to ensure they are competitive while complying with the price strategy.
- Review monthly Fact Book with each country to identify opportunities and action plans.


What you need for this position:


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of experience in the commercial and / or marketing area (preferred in Retail Environments: Clubs, Hypers & Supers)

  • Intermediate-advanced English

  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables knowledge)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint

  • Availability to travel 25% of the time


Additional knowledge/experience in the following is a plus:


  • Advisor (Nielsen Database), BI, SAP, Scanning, Database provided by clients, Dichter & Neira or Kantar (Home panel)
