Position Purpose:

The Regional Digital & Integrated Marketing Content (IMC) Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. In addition, it is responsible for managing, guiding and training in Digital other marketing positions in the Company. This role will also manage the end-to-end IMC annual planning process and content development/execution across all consumer touch points for all brands in the Company.

Responsibilities include agencies management, creative development, creative approvals, leading cross-functional teams and collaboration with key internal and external partners. Key skills needed include strategic thinking, agency management, creative concept evaluation, project management, planning and organization, working within a team, and creative/strategic acumen. Marketing and agency experience preferred.

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Manage the strategy
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
  • Measure ROI (Return on investment)  and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts
  • Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
  • Lead Digital Influencer marketing programs
  • Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Keep abreast with industry, latest technology, market trends, and best practices
  • Manage and train the rest of the team
  • IMC strategy and content development
  • Leads IMC strategy, creative development, and execution across all consumer touch-points including traditional and non-traditional mediums: TV, OLV, OOH, Radio, Digital, Social, Print, and Shopper
  • Guide creative briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria in order to inform and direct agency and partner creative development
  • Manage multiple agencies and partners to the concept, develop and execute all creative that is relevant to each brand’s positioning, core target group
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team including Brand Marketing, Consumer Innovation Center, Digital Marketing, Prof. Relations, and Retail Marketing and In-store to develop and execute fully integrated and strategic marketing campaigns
  • Management of agency fees, production budgets, and rigid IMC timeline management to ensure timely implementation

 

What you need for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, Advertising or Digital technologies or similar relevant field
  • 7 or more years of marketing/advertising experience in a client-side or agency role with experience in traditional and non-traditional content development, off-line and online media including TV, print, radio, outdoor, online and mobile
  • 5 years leading Digital Marketing strategies
  • 5 years of experience in the IMC planning process across owned, earned, shared and paid touch points
