Position Purpose:

Partner with Business Leaders (Division, Hub, Sub, Function) together with the Business HR Leader (as applicable) on strategic and local business and human resource (HR) priorities including talent management, employee engagement and organization effectiveness (performance, organization design & capabilities and change management).  Keep a finger on the pulse of the organization and external market and human resource trends.

Human Resources:  

  • Strategic HR Planning & Business Alignment:  Assess individual and organizational capability gaps, in partnership with leaders, and design solutions in alignment with business strategy,  Assess organization effectiveness, challenges and opportunities, and facilitate solutions to resolve, Incorporate emerging business and organizational needs and trends into HR strategies
  • Business Analytics & Financial Acumen: Analyze financial impact of processes, programs and policies in order to make informed recommendations aligned with Company strategy and values. 
  • Personal Credibility:  Establishes oneself as a trusted advisor by demonstrating personal integrity, competence and confidence.   Gains trust, support and commitment of others by being credible, transparent and acting with high ethical standards.  Exhibits sound judgment when making decisions and taking action.  Has the courage to tell leaders what they may not want to hear,


What do you need for this position?



  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline; Master's degree is preferred
  •  8 - 10 years of experience in HR process.
  •  5 years of  Managerial experience.
  •  Experience in consumer products industry preferred.
  •  Experience in providing HR strategic advice to managerial and senior business leaders.
  •  Experience in development and implementation of HR initiatives
  •  Experience in coaching and guiding members to managerial and senior business leaders and business colleagues.
  •  Experience in one or more HR Specialty Area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, and Organization Development/Design).
  •  Experience managing regional hubs ( desired)


It´s an advantage if you have:


·    Experience in providing HR strategic advice to managerial and senior business leaders.

  • Experience in development and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Experience in one or more HR Specialty Area  (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organization Development/Design)
