Shopper Marketing Manager

Main Purpose of Position:

Champion the shopper marketing capability within the commercial organization ensuring alignment and execution against the category strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

Shopper Strategy

  • Design different shopper engagement strategy in different retail environment including Online to offline channel:
  • Shopper profile and shopper insight understanding and study for different channel
  • Define shopper strategy and KPI for different retail environment and key customer
  • Recommend annual Category shopper investment budget to include:
  • Insight study, Program Costs, Consultants, Training, Implementation, etc.
  • Review program performance vs. plan across all KPIs within monthly CBP discipline meeting, take corrective actions

 

Shopper Programs

  • Drive overall category shopper program design:
  • Develop category demand programs – growth solutions to create incremental demand
  • Co-design RE innovation and customer collaboration programs:
    • Based on RE specific missions and behaviors
    • Build mutual equity growth and return
  • Work with MKT to develop the campaign implementation details for national (few customized plan should work with R.E.M)
  • POSM related: this role will responsible for POSM + budget management

 

Internal & External Engagement

  • Communicate competitive activity across organization, recommend counter attack strategies
  • Link to industry landscape: drive thought leadership and attend relevant local conferences
  • Stay current on retailers stated growth strategies
