  • Source and recruit right talents according to line needs to fill the vacancies timely.
  • Ensure HR Policy and Procedures and other initiative are well understood and being implemented smoothly in the responsible departments
  • Review and propose the competitive compensation package to attract and retain key talents in accordance with Greater China guideline
  • Enhance people capability through coordinate training with COE team to improve the competency of staff and follow up on training effectiveness
  • Facilitate and monitor Performance Management practice to ensure successful implementation
  • Update and Maintain H.R Data on SAP System to provide timely and accurate employee information
  • Enhance communication with employee through daily work and joining dept. activities for the purpose of creating and maintaining a conducive working atmosphere
  • Strengthen team loyalty through facilitate team buildings
  • Consolidate HR report and follow up the document approval process for assigned region sales team to improve the working efficiency



Education:    Bachelor Degree & above

Experience:   at least 5 years working experience in MNC as HR generalist or specialist. Min 2 years field sales HRBP experience

Special Knowledge:  good command Labor Law, experience on ER case handling,  staffing,  good awareness of Training and Compensation
Competencies:   Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer focus, analytical Skills, excellent capability of execution/implementation. Good comman of English and computer skill.
