MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Sales Team to achieve regional sales goal
  2. Drive internal CSL functional teams to maintain key account customer service growth
  3. Optimize the key SOPs including Customer Planning , Customer Engagement ,Order & Delivery  
  4. Support SKU depletion and leftover & aging product stock clearance
  5. Evaluate Supply Chain networks optimization from both of cost & efficiency
  6. Engage customers Supply Chain for improving service KPI
  7. Collaborate with customer Supply Chain to manage end to end supply planning
  8. Review customer service level through regular meeting including Top to Top meeting
  9. Manage customer complaint timely with salesmen , QA and supply chain team

      10. Support different projects assigned from CSL internal.

 

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPEREICNE:

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Logistics

2. At least 4 years of relevant experience in Customer Services, Logistics management or planning, FMCG is preferred

3. Good communication , negotiation and presentation skills

4. Proactive and high sense of responsibility

5. Good command of Chinese Mandarin and English
