Main Purpose of Position:

  • Build brands and growth plan for the sub brands in scope.
  • Lead new launch go-to-market plan and execution.
  • Achieve business results through executional collaboration and influence with commercial team.
  • Lead a team of 1- 2 (ABM/BM)

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate specific brand strategies and business plans consistent with overall category. Implement category strategies based on consumer/shopper insights, competitive threats and brand issues and opportunities
  • Drive the development and execution of portfolio, new launch and brand/category plans.
  • Close collaboration with sales and other functions to drive business results and activities through executional excellence and leadership of the commercial team.
  • Develop brand activations (digital and shopper) to drive brand and conversion.
  • Applies understanding of local consumers, customers, and competitors to adapt the global bundle while sustaining the global strategy and product message
  • Partners with cross functional colleagues to ensure MKT activities are executed according to strategy and are supported by investments in promotions and advertising

Working Experience:

  • At least 8 years and above brand management experience
  • FMCG brand management experience is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor & above, MBA is a plus

General Skills Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin
  • Outstanding capability in articulation and presentation
  • Positive (result-driven) and agile mindset.
