This position works using SAP technology to streamline and improve business processes through electronic collaboration with customers and suppliers; Provide SAP and business process knowledge for the analysis, design, and development of applications; Follow up and takes proper actions to provide IT (Information Technology) support to issues resolution following the Standard Operating Procedure in GIT (Global Information Technology) department.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

 

  • Understands and applies Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities
  • Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex problems
  • Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business
  • Manage and/or perform the analysis, design, development and testing of SAP/SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP/CRM Customer Relationship Management) solutions in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards
  • Maintain production systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes
  • Support day to day business requirements according to Global SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available
  • Partner with internal Information Technology Organizations such as Global Development, Risk Management, Global Shared Service Organization and other cross-functional business units as necessary
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers and external resources to deliver business requirements
  • Participate and contribute in special projects or initiatives such as institutional programs, committees and others
  • Understand and apply GIT 5 Steps Methodology to implement projects

     

     

EDUCATION:

 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering.
  2. Bilingual (English/Spanish), Portuguese (desired).
  3. SAP SD
  4. Desired C4C, S4-Hana, CRM

     

     

    EXPERIENCE:
     

  • A proven track record of performance with at least 2 years in an IT Role developing, configuring and implementing SAP/SD, SAP/C4C, SAP/CRM applications in similar size organization, preferably in private sector and a consumer goods organization.
  • Must have proven experience on Electronic Invoice, Order Entry and commercial processes with Customers & Suppliers.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and also business needs in technical specifications (English and Spanish).
  • Strong desire to be a continuous learner expanding knowledge of SAP applications on a technical level
  • Strong ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals and cultures.
