REPORTS TO: APAC - Supply Chain Finance Director

This section describes the elements of the role and the authority for determining a course of action. Both operational and strategic responsibilities should be stated as well as the degree of direct authority the position exercises over human, financial and physical resources. Please also include an overview of the most attractive and the most challenging aspects of the role.


1. Responsible for all financial aspects of the Bangpakong plant including budget planning&controlling, analysis, reporting and Funding the growth saving
2. Co-leading with MFG Director to deliver on the Division End to End Supply Chain mandates
3. Review/supervise the analysis to support business decision making of production & sourcing, capital investment, saving initiatives, inventory control / optimal level and CS&L operation


  • Financial Partner to Supply Chain and CS&L in all area including Plant performance review, cost reduction, saving initiatives, process improvement & internal control, inventory target and operation effectiveness
  • Review manufacturing variance and purchased price variance and recommend resolution
  • Co-leading with Supply Chain leadership team to achieve funding the growth saving program, AML and %AU goal.
  • Review and approve capital investment (saving, hypo P&L, IRR and Pay Back)
  • Review/supervise Operation team and Project Engineer to ensure the correctness of Capital Spending / Capitalization / Assets Write Off / Scrap and Idle Assets.
  • Review the intercompany pricing and effective control of all relevants; product cost, freight cost, import and export duty refund, double TAX exemption
  • Review plant financial statement with local Finance Director
  • Review/supervise to ensure compliance with the Company's quality policies, procedures, SOX and guidelines



  • Understand Manufacturing Plant and CS&L operations / business strategies
  • Supervise Plant & CS&L operation to comply with SOX & CFP
  • Communicate and coordinate cross functionally (Finance, Operations, etc)
  • Ability to improve processes, build partnerships and influence decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills



  • Preferred (Asset): Bachelor's Degree - MAJOR: Accounting
  • Preferred (Asset): Master's Degree - MAJOR: Business Administration or Finance or Accounting or Logistics



  • 3-5 Years of Costing Experience (Required)
  • 3-5 Years of Accounting/ Tax / Finance Experience (prefered)
  • 1-2 Years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience Preferred (Asset)
  • 3-5 Years of Functional Experience Required
  • Position Specific Requirement, if any: 3-5 Years of Costing Experience Required



  • Analytical Skill, Strong number aptitude, able to compile and analyze data
  • Resourceful, logical and creative problem solver.
  • Good Command of English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.
  • Strong computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • SAP is an advantage
