Objective

 

Influence and establish long-term partnerships with dental professionals to make Colgate oral care products an integral part of their practice, ensuring that Colgate is the brand they use personally, use in their dental office and actively recommend their patients.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Act as a direct interface with accounts in an assigned geographic territory.
  • Achieve a predetermined KPI for brand use, recommendation and account sales that aligns with the annual budgetary objectives of the territory.
  • Execute the visit plan in the assigned territory, delivering the information that supports the action of the products, leading recommendation.
  • Attitude of service and attention towards the needs of the dentist providing the materials (posters - brochures) that they request.
  • Distribution of product samples and information for both personal use and patient use.
  • Provide assistance in launch or dissemination activities aimed at the Dental Profession.
  • Participate in professional events related to oral health, promoting the dissemination of the brand and products.
  • Carry out their activity promoting solid links with the professionals attended, oriented to the satisfaction and loyalty of the professionals and their patients.
  • Use the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management, database management system and visits) on a daily basis to document dental care activities, you must have the number of professionals that are visited plus all the professionals that can be included and enriched the database.
  • Stock Control, report of the materials removed on each occasion.
  • Perform the number of visits established in its annual objectives.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Dentist or related careers
  • At least 1 year of experience in medical visit, sales or as teaching assistant
  • Own car
