Position: Consumer Insight - Group Brand Manager 

Reports to: Consumer Insight - Marketing Manager

Location:   Bangkok, Thailand

 

Department Objectives:

  • Support the development of local business performance by the use or creation of robust CI programs to support all aspects of business
  • Be local expert on all aspects of insight including ad-hoc consumer and shopper work as well as syndicated data
  • Support Innovation team on new product work when specific local expertise or knowledge is required

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handling all research projects relating to personal care business
  • Design and manage market research projects including: serve as key contact with stakeholders on research initiatives, interface with research suppliers and maintain responsibility for all research deliverables.
  • Develop excellent partnerships across the business to increase the impact of market research through the following tasks: work with key stakeholders to provide research input on key business questions, develop relationships within the organiztion in order to shar consumer input and learning
  • Analyze and synthesize learning from research / variety of studies, drawing conclusions that are actionable, impactful and accessible for stakeholders
  • Communicate research insights in a compelling, lively and informative manner
  • Identify and develop effective, creative approaches to research that results in genuine insights for the business
  • Provide summary and analysis of syndicated data in a timely and insightful fashion
  • Work within the matrix framework of Global / Division / Local
