Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for grocery retail accounts within the wider Auckland area.  With a team of merchandisers reporting to you, together you will achieve profitable sales growth through building brand awareness, executing category development plans and ultimately forging effective business partnerships with Grocery Managers and Buyers. 


You will need to be tertiary qualified and an experienced grocery TM, looking for a role that will take you places.  You are driven to achieve results and are recognised as a real team player.  Not afraid of rolling your sleeves up, you are just as comfortable doing early morning relays, as you are in high level negotiations around promotional activity. 


Your clients love you and feel like you really understand and add value to their business.  Equally, you are looking for an employer with the brands and support, to enable you to do your job really well. 


While you possess good sales ability, importantly you are just as familiar with your territory P&L and know how to drive profit, rather than focussing just on volume.  You can display strong leadership ability and enjoy coaching and developing your merchandising team.
