About the Role:

 

Financial Executive Sr. is responsible for supporting Supply Chain and Logistics team to decision making for Plant and Product Supply Operations management, leads initiatives to ensure Plant’s KPI’s and other goals are achieved.


What you will do:

 

  • Coordinate Supply Chain Finance month end close, perform reporting & analysis on monthly margin performance;
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls, financial policies and operational procedures;
  • Provide visibility to Management of the cost trend that impact the business profitability;
  • Control of variable and fixed expenses for manufacturing and logistics;
  • New products, new formulas and sourcing evaluation support;
  • Identify opportunities to reduce production costs and provide clarity in the execution of manufacturing operational efficiencies;
  • Promote standardization of operational processes, equipment, and activities for faster gains in efficiency, quality, and cost savings;
  • Lead annual budgeting & planning cycles, monthly revised P&L forecasts, variance analysis and strategic planning for the plant;
  • Lead initiatives to drive efficiencies which reduce manufacturing variances vs. standard costs (scrap, yield) and variable spend variances;


What do you need for the position:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields 
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Finance, Cost Accounting experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Advanced English
  • Strong systems technology skills required (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Strong preference for candidates with SAP experience
